Put a little hydrogen peroxide on it using a q tip, let the pimple dry out, which takes from ten minutes to a few hours, then gently,push at it from the bottom and it comes right off, iand clean it up. Benzol Peroxide will help you out quick. Walgreens has it in a 2% strength gel. BTW, it can sometimes stain pillow cases, so keep that in mind ;-)
