Well, depending on your seriousness of the trojan, you may have to reinstall.


I would recommend if you get McAfee, or Norton. Those are very powerful anti-virus programs.


Try ';avast!';, Its blocked numbers of viruses for me. It's also free!


DO NOT USE ';WinAntiVirus';!!! It is a rogue security program and will f**k up your computer.


Try not to use free anti-virus/trojan. Many free anti-virus programs are spam.


When you do have an anti-virus program, get the latest updates and run a full system scan.


If the Trojan is below a critical level, it can usually be deleted.


If the Trojan is at or above a critical level, you may have to manually delete it.





How to manually delete a virus:


1. Run a scan to locate the virus.


2. In the results, it should tell you what file(s) the virus is in.


3. Find the location of a virus, and open the folder to it.


4. Locate the file.


5. Delete the file.


Note: If the infected file is a system file, you will not be able to delete it without damaging the operating system.


If this fails, your only remaining option is to repair the operating system which can result in data loss.
