You don't get infections from being a virgin, do you mean vaginal infections?





It depends if it's a yeast or bacterial infection or something else...you would have to see a doctor for diagnosis. For yeast it's normally an over the counter cream, for bacteria it's antibiotics, and for STDs it depends on which one, some are incurable.
