I don't believe there is any such thing. Cookies are used by web sites to log you in. You don't have to keep giving your id and password each time. They are also used to customize advertisements based on sites you visit. An ad company that has ads on multiple sites you visit can customize them. That is what people don't like but it can't hurt you. You are just a number and a series of web sites. They have no idea who you are and have no way to obtain that.
