Your puppy needs to see a vet, how old is it? Why is it drinking milk? Is it not weaned? Im not sure what is going on here but you need to get that poor thing to a vet because you are doing something terribly wrong if its not still with its momma then it should NOT be drinking milk. Get you're puppy to the vet now! As soon as puppies get sick, they need to go to the vet because they aren't as strong as humans. Take you're sick dog to the vet, wrap her up in a warm blanket! HURRY
Poor little pet.
When my dogs get a cold I put a couple of drops of Apple Cidar Vinegar in their water. I mean just a couple, as their sense of smell and taste is so acute, if you put too much they won't drink it and it would taste awful.
But it seems to help.
Works well on chickens too.
You need to get your puppy to a vet. ASAP you don't know that it's a cold it could be an infection or anything. Don't wait for someone on this site to tell you what it is. You need to get to a vet. Hope she's ok.
How old is this baby puppy?
If she has some kind of cold she needs to see a vet especially if she is really young.

She shouldn't be drinking milk. Dogs are lactose intolerant.
