You can try this. Make a paste by mixing 1 tsp lime juice and 1 tsp of finely powdered cinnamon. Apply it on the affected area before going to bed. A $20 facial is how I always and easily get rid of mine. Plus, they don't usually come back until the next month.
Put Brown sugar in with your face wash. It gets rid of them pretty fast and leaves your skin soft.
