i am in drama with all of these 8th graders and we are going a game called freeze it was really fun but i don't want to go up there because i a m embarrassed i can act so crazy around my friends but when i get up there i can't move please help me get rid of this terrible stage fright.

Just put your self up there and just go for it! I know it feels awkward and a little scary but don't worry just try to remember every one there is a colleague who is there to support you if you fall ( both physically and mentally)! See a doc and get a prescription. I don't know what the doc gave me th other day but it works. Try eating garlic, thou it stinks, it helps get rid of wind in the stomach - makes u farrt all day ha!
When eating, Eat in small portions and slowly and make sure you chew all your food thoroughly.
Try not to eat potatoes or pasta or bread if your about to go out.
Avoid fizzy drinks if possible.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

The courts don't care if teachers walk out on strike and deprive students of an education, they could care less if a student beats the hell out of another or shoots up a school, or if a teacher molests another student, it's all about money.
