try using a steaming hot towel on them. Wash more often, and there is a chemical scrub that removes unhealthy skin.
squeeze them open, and rub mint toothpaste over them
you should keep your face really clean through out the day...also try not to touch you pimples, that will only make them bigger...next you should put visine on your pimples, it will make the redness go down, then put toothpaste on it or baby powder...it really drys them out! Hope that helps!
