I don't know what you mean by a bumpy face- is it acne or ???
You need to keep your face clean- try an exfoliator- or apricot scrub, gently wash with it and stay away from the eyes- might try clearasil or something for acne- and don't pick- it will leave scars! and don't touch your face with dirty hands-- hope I helped
