What is a good way to get ride of blackheads on your back, chest, and face.?

First of all , if you live in a house with others, you need to set up a set of rules over what are YOUR bathroom 'tools' and keep them separate from everyone else's.

Next, you need to get your own set of washclothes, a good scrubber for your back and chest, and a good soap for your face- I personally trust gooood old Ivory. Its the best.

For your fact, blackheads are cruel. Mean , nasty little guys, huh? Well, one reason we get them is because our poor little pore can't keep clear of them, so we have to help them.

First, fill the sink with good, warm water , then take that washcloth and wet it well, and grab that soap. Lather that cloth and head to the face... ah..its warm huh?? mmm.. Love that feeling!! keeping your hair out of the way (use a Head band, some barretts or whatever.)gently start scrubbing your face from the bottom up, never pulling downwards as this just causes your face to stretch downward and helps encourage wrinkles. Gently work in circles and if you find a black head, gently work at cleaning it out of the little bed its made in a pore. What it is , is dirt and grime from the atmosphere that has mixed with oils and moisture from your skin and made kind of a 'mud' that has dried in your pores. What you are doing with this washcloth now is gently removing them.

On your nose now, gently start between the eyes, and use the cloth to clean down the nose and scrubbing a littttle harder ( these are the HARDEST to get out ) scrub up and down and work up a gooood lather on your nose. It'd help better , too, if you really get that cloth into it and get it scrubbing that skin.

Check also the other 'danger zones' ; your forehead, chin...wherever it is for you. Really go at it for each spot .

Now, rinse the rag out and wash your face off with the warm water. You may have to refill the sink a time or two or just use running water to wash your face clean of all the soap.

Then, turn the water onto cold and let the sink fill again. Holding your breath, place your face into the cold water for a few seconds and let your face cooooool down in this cold water. ( I have done it every day for years.... I know its a rush!! ) Then, when you have to come up for air, lightly pat your face dry with a soft towel. NEVER rub or scrub your face with this towel and always dry with an upward pushing motion. Downward movements will tend to promote wrinkles and lordy, none of us need that too soon!

IF you need a moisturizer, this is the time to apply it. Talk to the women at the make up counter and be sure you find one that has the least amount of oils in it and the least likely to clog your pores.

Also, if you were make up, be SURE you ALWAYS wash it off before you go to bed or even when you are just at home with family. I mean, c'mon, they know what you look like and too many girls are sacrificing their awesome complexions for the ravages of cosmetics that just aren't needed. So, only wear make up when you have to , not at home doing nothing much.

And guys, when you are out playing sports, or working and you get sweaty and dirty, it does NOT hurt fo ryou to do this same routine for YOUR faces if you are having trouble with blackheads.

As for dealing with them on your backs and chest, one way my husband and I found to help him with his ( and they were bbbaaaaddd) was that I help him keep his back cleaned like I talked about above, a gooood scrubbing with good soap and a scrubbing Louffa instead of a washcloth, but afterwards, when his skin is dry, I spray a thin coat of antiperspirant on his back and chest and that has been working really well !I don't know if it is the spray kind or just the anti perspirant, but you could try roll on and spray, and see wich you like best.

Hope this helped..... I try! What is a good way to get ride of blackheads on your back, chest, and face.?

goodluckWhat is a good way to get ride of blackheads on your back, chest, and face.?
get a cleanser with sylacylic acid in it.It dries up the problem in few days.
If you can afford to get a facial at a salon, they also remove blackheads (at least on your face)
squeeze it hurts!!! but not 4 long!!!
Use good old Apriot Scrub. St. Ives. That stuff id the BEST and the cheapest.
Method 1

Use creams containing AHA's (Alpha Hydroxyl Fruit acids) like glyco-creams that will clear away any dead skin cells and ';expose'; the blackhead. Use the AHA's every 3 days or so.

Method 2

Make a lotion with equal parts of lime juice, almond oil and glycerine and apply on the face. It not only cures blackheads but the discoloring spots on the face too.

Method 3

Warm a little honey and apply on the trouble spots.

Wash off after 10-15 minutes.

Method 4

Beat an egg white stiff.

Add 1 tsp honey.

With a cotton swab apply on the face and leave for half an hour.

Rinse with warm water and pat it dry.

Method 5

Rinse your face with hot water to open your pores.

Generously saturate a section of washcloth with olive or almond oil.

Place a dab of toothpaste (not the gel kind) on the oily washcloth.

Gently and thoroughly rub the toothpaste over your nose with the oily cloth. Do it twice if you have a lot of blackheads.

Massage it into your whole face if you like. Add more oil or toothpaste as necessary.

Wait about 5 minutes, then rinse your face thoroughly with hot water and a clean washcloth.

Splash your face with cold water (preferable iced) to close the pores. Pat dry with a clean towel.

Tips

Avoid washing the face with soaps more than twice a day. Instead wash your face often with plain water splashes.

Keep your hair away from your face. Greasy hair and skin go together, and hair can spread infection.

Sunshine or ultra-violet light encourages skin peeling, and so helps to clear blocked pores. So sunbathing or use of sun-beds in moderation can be helpful. Except that continuous peeling leads to skin cancer.
